What data we process
We only process the data you give us or that we need to carry out a job: name, site address, phone number, email address, the description of the problem, any photos you choose to attach, and the documents for the job (quote, work order, invoice). We do not keep the location or other hidden data of those photos: our server removes it before the photo reaches us.
When you visit the website we also process technical data such as your IP address and the pages you request. Analytics cookies are only set after you consent to them.
Why, and on what legal basis
Your data is used to answer your request, to prepare and carry out the work, to invoice it and to handle the warranty. The legal basis is the performance of the contract, and a legal obligation for accounting records. For analytics cookies it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data. It is shared only with the parties needed to deliver the service: the technician who visits you, our accountant, and our hosting, email and payment providers. Those providers may use the data on our behalf only.
The text you type into the AI diagnosis is sent to Google (Gemini) for a first suggestion; your photos and contact details are not.
How long we keep it
Requests and messages: to be completed: retention period for quote requests and contact messages.
Invoices and accounting records are kept for seven years, as required by law.
Phone calls: to be completed: call recording policy.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict the processing, withdraw your consent and request a copy of your data. We reply within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
