On every new install we follow the same order: load per room, fix positions and route, mount, evacuate and prove tightness, then commission with measured values.

Calculate load per room
We record floor area, glazed area, orientation and use, and calculate the load from those. A south-facing room with a lot of glass reaches a different output from a same-sized north room.

Fix positions and route
The indoor unit goes where airflow does not arrive directly at seating height, and the outdoor unit with adequate clearances. The line route and condensate drainage are marked out first.

Install and test
After installation the circuit is evacuated and checked for tightness before refrigerant is added. That step determines compressor life and is therefore never cut short.

Commission and explain
We measure pressures and temperatures at start-up and adjust the operation. We then go through the controls and filter cleaning, and record the readings for later comparison.
